If you have specific cleaning instructions, we will follow these closely, as we want to ensure cleaning goes off without a hitch. Persian carpets are delicate carpets, and we’ll be careful throughout the entire cleaning process. You won’t have to worry about your carpets getting damaged when they’re wet. Step one: Our experts will assess the colorfastness of your carpet before cleaning it. Next we’ll remove whatever loose fibers, dirt, grit, and debris we can before cleaning, as these particles can be more damaging when the carpet is wet.
Now we’ll wash your carpet gently, taking extra care as we know a wet carpet can get damaged easily. We’ll only use cleaning products that are designed for Persian carpets, and we’ll refrain from doing any vigorous scrubbing. Once cleaning is over, we’ll let your carpet dry out naturally, as this is the best drying method for Persian carpets.
